Our store incorporates an online e-commerce service provider that allows us to sell our products to you.

Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by the policies and terms and conditions on this page.If you do not agree to the terms, you should exit the site and refrain from placing any order.

No reselling

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of our products or services without express written permission by us. Our products are sold for personal use only.

Contract, payment, and delivery limited to New Zealand

Orders will only be accepted on our website and payment is to be made in New Zealand dollars. Any contract arising from this site is governed by the laws of New Zealand. Oak Range Wagyu will deliver goods only within mainland New Zealand.

Product availability

Product may be added to or removed from the site from time to time. From time to time products described on the site may not be available. While Oak Range Wagyu does not accept liability for any loss arising, every effort will be made to keep the information up to date and accurate.

Orders, price and payment

Products may be ordered by following the instructions on the product pages of this site. All prices quoted include Goods and Services Tax. Prices may increase or decrease from time to time. You must pay by credit or debit card. Your card details are delivered immediately to a secure ecommerce provider and you will be charged for the cost of the items ordered and of delivery. If Oak Range Wagyu is unable to deliver any items, your card will be credited with the full cost and delivery charge for that item debited when the order was placed.

Order fulfilment and shipping

If your order is over $120, your purchase price includes shipping and delivery. Orders under $120 incur a $13 packing and shipping charge. Orders delivered on a Saturday also incur a $5 Saturday delivery fee. Delivery will be by courier or by any reputable delivery service as chosen by us.

We are not able to deliver to offshore islands of New Zealand. If you nonetheless wish to make an order, please enter the details of a shipping agent at a pick-up point on the mainland at which it would be convenient for you to have the order delivered to.

We will deliver the products to the address specified by you at the time of your order. Customers are required to provide current, complete and accurate delivery information. As well as your home address, we are happy to deliver to your workplace. Given the perishable nature of our product, we cannot deliver to a PO Box address.

Please notify us as soon as possible if your order or delivery details need to change. We will make our best effort to action any request received prior to dispatch, however we cannot guarantee changes to order that have already been processed. .

We may deliver each item ordered separately if we choose for supply or other reasons. If this is the case you will not incur any extra delivery cost.

Our responsibility for your order ends on acceptance by the delivery service. For more information about delivery issues, see our Returns & Refund policy above.

Disclaimer and indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability to you or anyone else for loss or damage of any kind (however caused or arising) relating in any way to your use of our website or purchase of our products including, but not limited to, loss or damage you might suffer as a result of:

  • Errors, mistakes or inaccuracies on the website;
  • You acting, or failing to act, on any information contained on or referred to on the website or any linked website;
  • Personal injury or property damage of any kind resulting from your access or use of the website;
  • Any unauthorised access to or use of the websites secure servers;
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the website;

Oak Range Wagyu provides no express guarantees. The goods and services are provided “as is”.  We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations. Unless the goods are acquired for business purposes (contrary to these terms and conditions), Oak Range Wagyu will repair or replace any goods which fail to comply with any guarantee contained in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Oak Range Wagyu is not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use, or the inability to use, this website and its products. This includes but is not limited to the loss of data or loss of profit.

Security checks / right to refuse service

Oak Range Wagyu reserves the right to contact the purchaser of an order to confirm the validity of delivery details supplied and we will perform security checks on any orders that raise a security alert based on purchase type or level.

Oak Range Wagyu reserves the right to cancel and refund any order for any reason at any time. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
